About the Authors
Greg Hottinger, MPH, RD, and Michael Scholtz, MA, met at Duke University Diet and Fitness Center and later formed NOVO Wellness, a health and wellness consulting firm. They have played a key role in the creation of websites such as the Biggest Loser Club and Flat Belly Diet!
